It’s an interesting time for WWE contracts as a number of deals are coming up. Becky Lynch’s deal with the company recently expired, and now it seems that another top WWE star could become a free agent soon.
Sean Ross Sapp stated on Fightful’s Backstage Report that Chad Gable’s contract with WWE is currently set to expire on Friday. As of right now he does not have a new contract, and Chad Gable is expected to get offers if he becomes a free agent.
It’s not known at this point in time if WWE has indeed made Chad Gable and official offer, but it was noted that it would be surprising if they didn’t.
Chad Gable first signed with WWE in 2013 and has since gone on to win the NXT Tag Team Championship, Raw Tag Team Championship and SmackDown Tag Team Championship. In recent months Chad Gable has been featured heavily on the Monday Night Raw brand as the leader of Alpha Academy.
