The Royal Rumble is only a few days away and anticipation for the event is at an all time high. It’s been a big month for WWE as The Rock returned on Day 1 Raw and teased a match with Roman Reigns, then earlier this week The Rock was appointed to the TKO Board of Directors.
With The Great One teasing a potential match with Roman Reigns there’s been a lot of speculation regarding whether or not he could enter the Royal Rumble match. However, The Rock will have to watch his back if he enters the match because Bobby Lashley recently explained to Sportskeeda’s WrestleBinge that he will be looking to throw The People’s Champion over the top rope.
“That [TKO announcement] was incredible. I mean, it’s The Rock, probably one of the biggest names in everything right now, so when he comes back that always brings a tremendous amount of views. And you know what, anybody that wants to take a step to that next level, take him out.
If he comes in and I have an opportunity to throw him out, I will throw him out. Anything that he has, you have the ability to take from him if you take him out. So, I mean, it’s not gonna be a cakewalk for him.”
