The professional wrestling business isn’t for the weak and no one knows that better than Drew McIntyre. The Scottish Warrior has been in the business for a long time and he’s experienced his fair share of bumps and bruises.

Drew found himself in a high profile match at WrestleMania 40 earlier this year as he defeated Seth Rollins to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. However, his celebration was short lived as CM Punk attacked him after the match, then Damian Priest successfully cashed in Money in the Bank to become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

Following WrestleMania 40, Drew McIntyre continued to compete, but he was seen wearing what looked like a compression sleeve on his arm. During a recent appearance on KWCH Morning News 12, Drew opened up about his status following WrestleMania and he noted that he worked with a broken arm that he didn’t tell anyone about.

“There I am wearing that thing on my right arm. I had a broken arm during that time, but unlike the rest of the colleagues that I work with, the guys that I work with are not very tough. I kept the broken arm under wraps, I didn’t tell anybody, and I fought right through it. Most of those guys cry if they get a hangnail.”

Drew McIntyre recently returned to television, and he has set his sights on Jey Uso and Sami Zayn, so it will be interesting to see where he goes from here.
