WrestleMania 39 took place across two nights at SoFi Stadium over the weekend and during night one Damage CTRL was defeated by the team of Trish Stratus, Becky Lynch & Lita. After the show Bayley got people talking when she posted the following cryptic message on Twitter:

There’s been a lot of speculation among fans online regarding what Bayley meant as she didn’t end up appearing on the Raw after WrestleMania. Fightful Select reports that Bayley was originally set to appear on the show, but she was cut at the last minute.
Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez managed to defeat Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai of Damage CTRL on Monday night to earn a shot at the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles, but Bayley did not accompany them to ringside.
It sounds like there were numerous last minute changes to the Raw after WrestleMania as it was recently reported that Vince McMahon was firmly in charge and you can get more on that here.
