For decades now Monday Night Raw has been broadcast on network television, but next week the red brand will make history when the premiere episode of Raw debuts on Netflix. The move to Netflix gives WWE an opportunity to reach a whole new audience as the streaming service has over 282 million subscribers.

Seth Rollins recently talked about Raw’s big move to Netflix on Good Morning Football and he hyped up the importance of WWE making the jump to the biggest streaming service in the world.

It’s huge. You mentioned Liv [Morgan] and Rhea [Ripley], they’re gonna do it for the women’s title there, you’ve got John Cena. Lots of surprises. Tribal Combat, Roman Reigns versus Solo Sikoa. It’s going to be huge. This is without a doubt the biggest step forward in the history of our industry.

That’s not an understatement. We’ve off cable for the first time in 30 years, going to streaming, the biggest streaming network on the planet. It’s gonna be incredible. I’m really excited about this. This is the future of our industry. This is as big as it gets.”

Seth Rollins is currently set to face off against CM Punk when Monday Night Raw premieres on Netflix on January 6. Stay tuned for updates.
