Mercedes Mone worked in WWE for a long time as Sasha Banks, but last year she parted ways with the company and has since gone in a different direction. Mercedes made her debut with NJPW earlier this year and she went on to win the IWGP Women’s Championship. It seems that Mercedes Mone has been doing well for herself, but there are still a number of people who are hoping she will return to WWE at some point, and Bayley happens to be one of them.
During a recent interview with Gorilla Position her former tag team partner Bayley said that she’s happy to see Mercedes Mone happy, but she admitted that she begs her to return to WWE constantly.
“I beg her every day. I beg her every… You know what, it doesn’t matter where it is, it doesn’t matter how it happens, I would love to one day step back into the ring with her.
“Whether it’s teaming with her, whether it’s against her, but right now I just want whatever happiness she needs to feel, whatever she needs, accomplish her dreams, accomplish her goals, I’m just happy to see her happy.”
