When it comes to professional wrestling good creative can certainly go a long way, and bad creative can be a major setback for a wrestler. Brock Lesnar has been one of WWE’s top stars for decades now and it’s not hard to believe that the former WWE Champion has more pull than most when it comes to storylines.
WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff recently talked about creative control on the Strictly Business podcast, and he claimed that creative control is something Brock Lesnar exercises.
“Anybody that buys into the narrative that I let talent run creative [in WCW] and I gave everybody creative control. Let me tell you something, Brock Lesnar has creative control! And he exercises the hell out of it, like the hell out of it!”
Brock Lesnar last competed at the Crown Jewel premium live event in November where he defeated Bobby Lashley. His return to WWE has not been officially announced, but it’s worth noting that The Beast is featured on the official poster for the Royal Rumble. Stay tuned for updates.
