There has been some speculation about WWE NXT Women’s Champion Paige due to the fact that she’s been absent from some NXT live events and TV tapings. The last match Paige wrestled was at a WWE NXT live event in Starke, Florida from November 23rd
At Thursday’s NXT tapings at Full Sail University, #1 contender to the NXT Women’s Title Emma defeated Alicia Fox and after the match cut a promo mentioning that Paige was not 100% healthy right now but when she is, Emma wants her title shot. That promo will air on the February 5th episode.
As of right now there is no official word from WWE on Paige’s status.
