The main roster recently went through a big shake up due to the 2020 WWE Draft, and during the draft it was confirmed that Lars Sullivan will be part of the SmackDown brand moving forward.
It’s clear that WWE management is determined to give Lars Sullivan a solid push, but it looks like he may not be “Lars Sullivan” for much longer.
CageSideSeats notes that there is speculation that WWE will be changing his name from Lars Sullivan to The Freak.
At this point the name change is just a rumor, so only time will tell if it actually happens. But with WWE giving talents names such as T-Bar and Slapjack, it’s not hard to believe that Sullivan could be renamed The Freak in the future.
