There are a number of free agents currently in the wrestling world and it looks like you can add another name to the list as Fightful Select reports that Candice LeRae is done with WWE.
According to the report Candice LeRae’s deal was up in the spring and there was no indication that she would be signing a new deal with the company. WWE added LeRae to the alumni section of their website this morning, and Fightful also confirmed with WWE sources that she is now a free agent.
There were no talks of a contract extension a few weeks ago, but it’s not clear if the situation has changed since then. Since Candice LeRae’s contract expired there is no 90 day non compete clause.
Candice LeRae’s husband Johnny Gargano parted ways with WWE when his contract expired back in December and he has yet to return to wrestling. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
