There’s no denying that The Usos have had an incredible run with WWE as they’ve captured numerous championships and defeated some of the best teams in the professional wrestling business. Not only have The Usos been a staple of the WWE tag team division for years, but they took their career to new heights recently when they main evented WrestleMania 39.
It’s probably safe to say that The Usos will likely be with WWE for the foreseeable future, but there’s at least one AEW tag team that’s hoping to face off against the former champions. The Young Bucks recently updated their Twitter bio and they made it clear that they want to face The Usos before they retire when they posted the following:
“Before we hang it up, would love to wrestle the Usos just to see if we can break the all time superkick record.”
At this point there’s no telling what the future holds for The Young Bucks as it’s been reported that their AEW contracts are set to expire at the end of 2023. It’s possible that they will sign new deals with All Elite Wrestling, but it’s also not hard to believe that WWE would be interested in making them an offer. We’ll just have to wait and see how things play out for the former AEW World Tag Team Champions. Stay tuned for updates.
