It’s been four years since All Elite Wrestling was officially announced and the company has come a long way since then. The Young Bucks have been featured as one of the top tag teams in the promotion, but it seems that their contracts are coming up sooner than later.
Recently The Young Bucks updated their Twitter bio which at one point read as follows: “Less than a year left. Where does the time go?” The bio has since been deleted but The Bucks changed their location from a 909 area code to a question mark.
The cryptic bio has a lot of fans on social media talking about the possibility of The Young Bucks leaving All Elite Wrestling. If The Young Bucks were to leave the company when their contracts expire they certainly wouldn’t be the first big names to part ways with AEW as Cody Rhodes left last year and returned to WWE.
The Young Bucks previously confirmed that they are under a five year deal with AEW so it looks like their contracts won’t be up until January of 2024. It was reported last month that AEW wants to lock them in to new contracts, but that the two sides are not close when it comes to a new deal. Stay tuned for updates.
