Tony Khan knows how to get the wrestling world talking and recently people were talking about Tony referencing the Cagematch.net ratings for AEW. This week on Raw, Jinder Mahal and Seth Rollins faced off in a promo segment to set up a WWE World Heavyweight Championship match for Raw next week.

Raj Giri pointed out how there’s history between Jinder and Seth as they previously faced off in the tournament finals to crown the first ever NXT Champion. The official USA Network account on X then responded to Raj and asked about the Cagematch.net rating.

“What was the cagematch rating?”

The comment apparently caught the attention of Tony Khan as Tony responded to the USA Network account while pointing out that Jinder Mahal is getting a title shot despite the fact that he hasn’t won a match in a year. Tony then referenced Hook’s record while asking where the outrage is regarding Jinder’s title shot.

“A moral victory for USA is one win more than their World Title challenger Jinder Mahal has in the past 364 days… because it’s been literally a full year since he won a match.

You really put AEW in our place getting Jinder Mahal in a big match on your tv show. Do it more often”

Jinder decided to respond when he encouraged fans to watch Monday Night Raw next week and he also asked Tony Khan a simple question when he posted the following:

“Who tf is Hook?

WATCH MONDAY NIGHT RAW ON @USANETWORK MONDAY 8PM EST!!!”

Jinder Mahal will be in action on Monday Night Raw next week when he challenges Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
