For many years it seemed that Vince McMahon would never retire, but today the former Chairman and CEO officially announced that the time has come. The wrestling world is reacting to the news of Vince McMahon’s retirement, and Tony Khan of All Elite Wrestling noteed that he’s “grateful to now be the longest-tenured CEO in pro wrestling” when he posted the following:

When Vince McMahon stepped down from his position as Chairman and CEO a few weeks ago it was announced that Stephanie McMahon was named interim Chairwoman and CEO of WWE. Vince released a statement today confirming that Stephanie McMahon will be Chairwoman and Co-CEO with Nick Khan moving forward.
It was also announced today that Triple H is once again Executive Vice President of Talent Relations. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
