TNA Moving Forward With Lawsuit Against Scott Steiner

Back in 2012 TNA filed a lawsuit against Scott Steiner and the lawsuit is now moving forward. PWInsider reports that the lawsuit currently has a court date of 2/11/2016. TNA sued Steiner back in 2012 and they are seeking damages due to negative remarks Steiner made about the company, Hulk Hogan and other TNA officials on social media.

TNA is claiming Steiner breached his contract but Steiner has responded by saying there was nothing in his contract that would have prevented him from making negative remarks about the company. Steiner also says that he wasn’t under contract when he made the remarks and that he doesn’t feel the remarks hurt TNA in any way.
