It seemed that Chad Gable and Shelton Benjamin recently picked up a big victory when they beat The Usos to win the SmackDown Tag Team Titles, but it was revealed that the legal man had not been pinned, so the victory was erased from the record books.
However, Gable and Benjamin will get another shot at greatness at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view, as it’s been announced that they will be challenging The Usos for the belts in a 2 out of 3 falls match.
It was also announced on SmackDown Live this week that Rusev and Aiden English will be entering the Royal Rumble match, and Becky Lynch will be entering the first ever women’s Royal Rumble match.
The Royal Rumble pay-per-view will air live on the WWE Network on Sunday, January 28, and you can check out the updated card for the event below.
