Title Match Announced For The WWE Stomping Grounds PPV

This week’s episode of SmackDown Live featured an appearance from Alexa Bliss who hosted A Moment of Bliss, and Bayley was her guest.

During the segment things got heated between Bayley and Bliss, and Alexa hinted she wanted a title shot. That’s when Carmella interrupted and said she deserved a title shot. Charlotte Flair then followed up and made the same claim.

Alexa Bliss, Carmella and Charlotte were then booked in a triple threat match with a title shot on the line.

At one point during the match Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville ran down to the ringside area and grabbed Carmella’s legs. Alexa Bliss took advantage of the distraction and hit Carmella with a DDT then pinned her to win the match.

It was announced that Bayley will put the title on the line against Alexa at Stomping Grounds later this month.
