Back in January, Monday Night Raw celebrated its 25th anniversary, and in October, SmackDown will cross a huge milestone when the 1,000th episode airs on the USA Network.
The 1,000th episode of SmackDown is set to air on Tuesday, October 16th from Washington DC, and three big matches are currently being advertised for the event.
The official website for the Capital One Arena is advertising AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe for the WWE Championship, Daniel Bryan vs. The Miz and Jeff Hardy vs. Randy Orton for the 100th episode.
It’s also worth noting that the Capital One Arena is advertising appearances from The Undertaker, Shinsuke Nakamura, The Bludgeon Brothers and Carmella.
