First and foremost for those you that missed the headline, this post is about a rumor so please treat is as such. The big rumor going around at the moment is that The Undertaker will be making an appearance at the Battleground pay-per-view on Sunday.
The rumor seems to have been sparked after a photo of The Undertaker showing off his guns at the gym surfaced yesterday.

As we go deeper down the rabbit hole we see that Reddit user Falconarrow, who has broken WWE news in the past alluded to someone returning in a thread.
“I told you all that you needed to be talking about Battleground more. Did you really think that was because of a HHH swerve job?
He’s back.”
When asked if he was referring to Steve Austin by another user he followed up by saying:
“No not him. The guy with the coffins.”
Now once again this is just a rumor but Falconarrow has been right about stories in the past such as Samoa Joe’s NXT debut, Ryback’s IC title win and Mark Henry’s recent appearance in the Elimination Chamber. It will be interesting to see what happens on Sunday.
There are also a lot of people speculating that Brock Lesnar’s attack on Kane during Raw could be what brings The Undertaker out of the shadows as he seeks to avenge his brother. But that’s just speculation so take it for what it’s worth.
One way or another we’ll know for sure on Sunday. But to be honest with you all, we wouldn’t be sad in the least if we got an appearance from The Un-Dow-Taker instead.
