Last night AEW Dynamite returned to its normal time slot on Wednesday nights, and the company delivered an action packed show. As usual Jim Ross was on commentary, but he made a big mistake while promoting AEWTix.com when he told fans there’s nothing that will top seeing a “live WWE Dynamite.”
The botch certainly didn’t go unnoticed by the wrestling world, and AEW Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks referenced the botch when they updated their Twitter bio which now reads as follows:
“Eddie & Penta, let’s see if you can beat us next week when it counts, on WWE Dynamite.”
The Young Bucks will defend their AEW Tag Team Titles against Eddie Kingston and Penta on next week’s episode of Dynamite.
Jim Ross recently responded to the criticism over his botch, and you can get more on that here.
