One way or another 2019 is going to be a very interesting year for the world of professional wrestling.
Impact is moving to a new network, SmackDown Live is moving to a new network, and it’s rumored that a new professional wrestling company could be entering the picture to shake things up.
Over the last few weeks it’s been rumored that Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks are planning to launch All Elite Wrestling next year, and Cody has teased that an announcement is coming in January.
Matt Jackson of The Young Bucks threw some fuel on the fire when he posted a countdown on Twitter teasing something for January 1.
Whether or not he’s teasing the official announcement for AEW remains to be seen, but judging from the response to his post fans are more than ready to find out what The Bucks have planned.
Until then we’ll just have to speculate.
