Throughout the course of his career The Undertaker built quite the legacy for himself at WrestleMania. The former WWE Champion went 21-0 on the Grandest Stage of Them All before he was finally defeated by Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 30.
A few years later, The Undertaker lost his second match at the Show of Shows when Roman Reigns beat The Deadman in the main event of WrestleMania 33.
Unfortunately The Undertaker doesn’t have fond memories of the match as he recently explained on his Six Feet Under podcast why he’s still bothered by his match with Reigns.
“That still bothers me. Not that I lost, but I was just…I stayed a little long. I stayed a little long. I didn’t have enough for him that I would have liked to have given him. At that point, my body was shutting down. Yeah, I shouldn’t have been in that match, but [shrugs], anyway.”
Ultimately The Undertaker would only compete at WrestleMania a few more times following his loss to Roman Reigns. The Deadman defeated John Cena in 2 minutes and 45 seconds at WrestleMania 34 then he went on to defeat AJ Styles in a Boneyard match at WrestleMania 36. A few months later he officially announced his retirement from in-ring competition.
