The Undertaker has put on some legendary performances at WrestleMania, and for many years he was undefeated on the Grandest Stage of Them All.
Brock Lesnar was the man who broke the streak when he defeated Taker at WrestleMania 30, and over the years many people have questioned whether or not Brock was the right person for the role.
During the Brothers of Destruction documentary on WWE Network The Undertaker opened up about what happened on the day of WrestleMania 30, and Taker noted that he told Vince McMahon that he didn’t think Brock needed the win.
“I got to the arena that day and I was going over. I mean, we had gone back and forth and when I showed up, I was going over. Through the course of the day, Vince would come to me and say that he’s changed his mind. man, I was like, ‘Okay, I don’t think Brock needs it, but at the end of the day, it’s your show, it’s your call. If you’re sure about it, then that’s what we’ll do.”
Undertaker also went on to say that he thinks Roman Reigns would have been a good choice to end the streak.
