Roman Reigns has been Universal Champion for over 900 days and he’s been the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion ever since he defeated Brock Lesnar to win the WWE Championship at WrestleMania last year. There’s been a lot of debate over who should end Roman’s historic reign and currently Cody Rhodes is the next man who will step up to challenge The Tribal Chief.
During a recent interview with Ariel Helwani of BT Sport, The Undertaker talked about who he thinks should end Roman’s title run, and he showed his support for Cody Rhodes.
“At this point, it’s gotta be the right person and one, it’s gotta be somebody that you trust and you know is not gonna flake off and do something because there’s a lot of time and money invested in this whole thing at this point. I think Cody [Rhodes] with the momentum that he had, I think that would be the logical guy, and Sami’s a dark horse… It’s gotta be somebody that they have a lot of faith in and knows is going to be here for the long haul.”
