FRIENDS and FAMILY:
I will be running in the for 2015 Austin 1/2 marathon this February, along with my teammate, Gina Salivati, CHAMPIONING a Child. We are the 2015 Austin Marathon team. These 10 children need a champion to fight for them. Each of our Champion Teammates will run the Austin Marathon or Half Marathon in honor of their Champion Child. We then give these medals to the honorable children during our annual Medal Giving Ceremony in April. We team together for the amazing experience the year becomes as we champion these children for the entire 2015 year by providing emotional support, nutritional counseling and physical resources outside of what healthcare will cover.
Each child’s stories is heartbreaking, yet these children are still full of joy and so inspiring. Will you be their champion? They all need a hero. Your donation shows you are one of their biggest fans and puts us one step closer to inspiring their heart to fight for their finish line of recovery.
Thank you,
Michelle McCool Calaway
