Many fans were hoping it would happen and now it’s official. The New Day will defend their titles against The Usos and The Lucha Dragons in a triple threat ladder match at TLC on December 13th. WWE posted the following teaser on their website.
“With the addition of the Ladder Match rules, the three teams will have a new objective at WWE TLC: The New Day’s titles will be suspended above the ring, and the first team to retrieve them by climbing the ladder and grabbing both championships will be declared the winners of the match.
The WWE Universe must begin to wonder if the insertion of ladders puts The New Day at a tremendous disadvantage heading into the contest. Though Kofi Kingston is a veteran of the Ladder Match, the inspirational group will now be pitted against four of the quickest, most agile and fearless competitors in all of WWE, who unquestionably will look to not only make a statement, but also literally snatch the championships away from The New Day.”
