The Rock’s Daughter Begins Training At The WWE Performance Center, Mick Foley On Ronda Rousey

The Rock is considered by many to be one of the most electrifying performers to ever step into the ring, and now it looks like his daughter may be following in his footsteps.

Zelina Vega spoke to Lilian Garcia on the latest episode of her Chasing Glory podcast, and she noted that she’s become close with The Rock’s 17 year old daughter, Simone, who has been training at the WWE Performance Center.

Last year Vega filmed some scenes for the upcoming movie “Fighting With My Family” at the Staples Center, and she noted that Simone told her, “I knew I wanted to start wrestling for sure where I saw you at RAW doing the movie.”

Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that Simone Johnson has been training part time at the WWE Performance Center over the last few months, mainly just doing occasional sessions with trainers.

Simone is still in high school, but word is that she’ll be training more often at the Performance Center in the near future.

Mick Foley made his return to WWE programming on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, and it was revealed that he will be the special guest referee for the Universal Title match at Hell in a Cell.

Foley also commented on what it was like to meet Ronda Rousey, and he predicted that she will be a huge Superstar in WWE for years to come.
