The Rock Returns To WWE On SmackDown

This week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown took place from Denver, CO and it kicked off in a big way as Pat McAfee returned for the first time since WrestleMania. McAfee noted that he was just in Boulder and when he looked up SmackDown he noticed it was only an hour away. Pat told the fans there was no way he wasn’t going to take the chance to be with the greatest crowd in all of crowds. He welcomed the fans to Friday Night SmackDown then Austin Theory interrupted him.

Austin Theory talked trash to Pat McAfee as the fans booed him. Theory told McAfee that they have unfinished business and he’s going to drop him. Pat McAfee told Theory that he doesn’t want to fight right now and joked that he’s been enjoying the local laws in Denver, CO. McAfee told Theory that SmackDown will never be his show because it’s the people’s show then The Rock returned.

The fans went crazy as Austin Theory asked The Rock if he knew whose ring he was in. Rock told Austin Theory to “shut your b***h a** up.” Rock handed the mic to McAfee then took his coat off. He grabbed the mic and said “finally The Rock has come back to Denver!”

Austin Theory said that finally fans get to see Austin and Rock back in the ring one more time, but it’s not boring old Stone Cold. The Rock tried to speak, but Theory cut him off with a “it doesn’t matter!”

The Rock then asked the fans if they wanted to see him beat down Austin Theory to give him a he** yeah. The fans backed The Rock as he told Austin Theory that he’s an “a*****e.” The fans then started chanting “you are an a*****e.”

Theory got angry and told the fans to shut up. The Rock said his Theory is that he’s going to whoop Austin Theory’s a** all over Denver. Theory attacked The Rock, but Rock countered with a People’s Elbow as the fans went wild. Rock then signaled to McAfee and McAfee hit the People’s Elbow on Theory as well.
