It’s been years since The Rock has wrestled an official match in the ring, but there’s certainly no shortage of opponents who want to go one on one with The Great One. Shane Helms knows a thing or two about facing off against The Rock as he’s currently 1-0 against The People’s Champion.
Recently Matt Hardy took to Twitter to praise Helms, and a fan pointed out how the Hurricane holds a victory over The Rock. Matt then praised both Helms and The Rock, and The Great One responded by proposing a tag team match when he posted the followng:

Even though it’s fun to think about it seems highly unlikely that we’ll ever see a Rock & Hurricane vs. Hardys match as the Hardys are currently signed to AEW.
It’s been well known for quite some time that WWE is hoping to book The Rock vs. Roman Reigns for WrestleMania, but only time with tell whether or not that actually ends up happening.
