There’s been a lot of talk over the past week about Destination America’s Wednesday night three hour wrestling block with ROH and TNA. So how did both companies do during their Wednesday night debut?
The first airing of Ring of Honor on Wednesday had 163,000 viewers, and the replay delivered 110,000 viewers. This means they drew a total of 273,000 viewers for the night.
TNA Impact drew 297,000 viewers for the 9:00 PM airing of the show, and 72,000 viewers for the replay. That gives TNA a total of 369,000 viewers for the night.
That’s the first showing for ROH on Destination America so there’s no previous numbers to compare it to. But as a reference, TNA’s airing of Impact on last Friday did 413,000 viewers for the first run with 157,000 viewers on the replay giving the show a total of 570,000 for last Friday’s show.
