The Latest Rumors On Possible Plans For Matches At Elimination Chamber

WWE announced this week that Elimination Chamber will be returning as a WWE Network exclusive event on May 31. It’s also been confirmed that the WWE, U.S., Intercontinental and Tag Team Championships will all be on the line with the U.S. and tag title matches taking place inside the chamber.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is considering having 6 separate teams compete in the tag team match with two men in each pod at a time. The match would be contested tornado style and would likely feature The New Day, Tyson Kidd and Cesaro, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan, The Prime Time Players, with teams such as The Lucha Dragons or Los Matadores and either Curtis Axel & Damien Sandow or The Ascension filling out the other spots.

The currently vacant Intercontinental Championship would also be decided inside the chamber with names such as Sheamus, Ziggler, Barrett and Neville being rumored for the match.
