The Latest On Why Keith Lee Was Pulled From WWE TV

When Keith Lee debuted on the main roster last year he made an impact right away, and he was often one of the most talked about talents following Monday Night Raw. But it’s been a while since fans have seen the former NXT Champion on TV, and there are plenty of people who are anxiously awaiting his return.

Fightful Select reports that Keith Lee’s reasons for being off TV have nothing to do with creative, and this isn’t a case where he’s just not being used.

According to the report Lee was sidelined for health reasons back in February, and he has not been cleared yet. Keith Lee underwent some sort of testing after he was sidelined, and sources have confirmed that he is actively working to get cleared.

Plans for Lee to win the US Title were being discussed before he was pulled from the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view.

Keith Lee was replaced by John Morrison in the US Title match at the pay-per-view, as it was said to be “integral” that WWE do a triple threat match so that Bobby Lashley could be protected.
