This week fans saw several new faces on TV, as EC3, Lacey Evans, Heavy Machinery and Nikki Cross all appeared on WWE programming.
It was announced a few weeks ago that the aforementioned talents would be getting called up along with Lars Sullivan, but Sullivan didn’t appear on Raw or SmackDown.
Last week it was reported that Lars was supposed to be at Raw and SmackDown, but he didn’t show up to the events due to a panic attack.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is now reporting that WWE is handling the situation about as well as they possibly could, and Sullivan has been told he has the option to return when he’s ready. The company is said to be very supportive of him.
In regards to the other NXT call-ups, it seems that WWE officials are still figuring out how they want to use them, and you can get more on that here.
