Sunday night Braun Strowman made his return to TV for his match for his TLC match with Baron Corbin, but he didn’t do much during the match because he had his arm in a sling.
Instead of fighting Baron Corbin one on one, Strowman took advantage of the no disqualification stipulation that comes along with a TLC match, and he called in a few friends from the Raw roster to beat Corbin down.
When he pinned Baron Corbin, Strowman earned a shot at the Universal Championship and he’s currently set to face Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble.
The Monster Among Men underwent elbow surgery a few weeks ago, so even though fans will be seeing him on TV, it sounds like it will be a little while before he’s back in action, as WrestleVotes is reporting that he may not be cleared until the Rumble.
Do you think there’s any chance Braun Strowman is actually going to walk out of the Royal Rumble with the Universal Championship? Sound off in the comments below.
