On Sunday night AJ Styles competed in the 30 man Royal Rumble match, but he was eliminated by Edge and it was later reported that The Phenomenal One suffered an injury.
According to reports, Styles suffered a left arm injury after taking a spear from Edge, and he was later seen icing his taped up arm backstage.
Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that AJ is dealing with a separated shoulder, and the hope is that he will be ready for WrestleMania 36 in April.
It’s being said that the injury isn’t super serious, but it’s significant.
AJ Styles did not appear on Monday Night Raw this week.
