Last week during Monday Night Raw, Adam Pearce officially confirmed that Damian Priest, Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh will face Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Jey Uso and Sami Zayn in a War Games match at Survivor Series.
Both teams kicked off Raw this week and eventually a match was made which saw Seth Rollins & Sami Zayn face JD McDonagh & Dominik Mysterio. The match ended in a disqualification which led to The Judgment Day brawling with the babyfaces. At one point Jey Uso tried to spear Damian Priest, but JD McDonagh sacrificed himself and took the spear instead.
Later in the show The Judgment Day discussed the idea of making JD McDonagh a full blown member of the group during a backstage segment. Damian Priest seemed hesitant, but the group pointed out that JD McDonagh is currently receiving medical attention because he saved Priest earlier in the show. Priest then grabbed a duffle bag and said he would handle it himself.
Damian Priest later confronted JD McDonagh backstage and he told him that he wasn’t sure he was ready. However, Priest told JD McDonagh that after what he did earlier he knows he can stand with McDonagh and go to with him. Damian followed up by taking a leather jacket out of the duffle bag, handing it to JD McDonagh, and declaring that McDonagh is now a full fledged member of The Judgment Day.
Finn Balor then entered the picture and congratulated McDonagh on officially joining the group. Stay tuned for updates.
