Teams Confirmed For War Games Match At WWE Survivor Series

For months now it’s been rumored that the War Games match would be returning at Survivor Series this year, and over the weekend WWE officially confirmed that will indeed be happening, but competitors for the match were not confirmed.

This week on Monday Night Raw, Sami Zayn challenged Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the main event which saw Rollins retain his belt. After the match was over Sami and Seth showed respect to one another, but their moment was ruined when The Judgment Day interrupted.

Sami Zayn and Seth Rollins brought the fight to Damian Priest, Finn Balor, JD McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio even though they were outnumbered. Jey Uso then made his way out to join the battle followed by Cody Rhodes.

As everyone was brawling Adam Pearce made his way out into the arena with WWE officials who tried to break the wrestlers up. Pearce got on the mic and said that if everyone wants to play games they can do that in a War Games match at Survivor Series. The brawl then continued as Cody Rhodes jumped off the top rope onto everyone outside the ring to end the show.

Now it’s official as Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, Seth Rollins & Sami Zayn vs. Damian Priest, Finn Balor, JD McDonagh & Dominik Mysterio has been confirmed for the War Games match at Survivor Series.

Stay tuned for updates.
