Team Rhea Defeats Team Liv In WarGames Match At WWE Survivor Series

The annual Survivor Series premium live event took place from the Rogers Arena on Saturday night, and the show kicked off in a big way with the women’s WarGames match. Team Rhea faced off against Team Live with Nia Jax and Bayley kicking off the match.

Naomi entered the match next, but Nia Jax got the upper hand as she used a kendo stick, which Bayley later utilized to make a comeback. When the next member of Team Liv was set to enter it looked like Tiffany Stratton was moving toward the door, but Candice LeRae cut her off and walked to the ring first.

Nia Jax and Candice LeRae used chairs to keep the momentum on their side. Bianca Belair entered the match next and brought a fire extinguisher into the cage along with a table. Tiffany Stratton was the next competitor to join the match and she grabbed a trash can lid on her way in. Team Liv continued to dominate Team Rhea for several minutes.

Iyo Sky finally entered and she grabbed a custom trash can from underneath the ring. The can had purple and yellow paint on it with straps attached to it. Iyo used the straps to put the trash can on herself and she climbed to the top of the cage from the outside as she placed the trash can at the top of the cage. Candice LeRae tried to stop her, but Iyo Sky took her down with a missile dropkick.

Raquel Rodriguez was the next competitor to enter the match on behalf of Team Liv. Their team continued to dominate then Rhea Ripley was released. Rhea tried to push a table into the ring, but Raquel attempted to stop her. Rhea pushed the table back into Raquel to knock her down and she entered the cage.

The match turned into an all out brawl with every competitor attacking each other with weapons as the fans chanted “this is awesome!” Rhea Ripley head butted Nia Jax with her mask as she waited for Liv Morgan to enter.

Liv looked terrified as Rhea taunted her. She walked backstage then grabbed a custom baseball bat before she walked to the ring. Liv Morgan got in the cage and the bell rang.

Rhea Ripley took off her mask and immediately went after Liv, but Tiffany Stratton, Nia Jax and Candice LeRae held her down as Liv attacked her with the bat. Liv Morgan pulled out handcuffs and put one side of the cuffs on the ropes. She tried to handcuff Rhea, but Rhea fought back.

Iyo Sky climbed to the top of the cage and grabbed her trash can as Tiffany Stratton climbed to the top of the opposite cage. Sky put the trash can over herself and did a moonsault onto a group of wrestlers below while Tiffany Stratton hit a Swanton Bomb off the top onto the wrestlers who were in the ring on the other side.

Tiffany Stratton grabbed her Money in the Bank contract out of a trash can while everyone was down. She stood above Liv Morgan and Nia Jax, but Iyo Sky shot a first extinguisher in her face. Rhea Ripley handcuffed Raquel Rodriguez to the ropes.

Nia Jax put Bianca Belair on a table in the corner and went for the Annihilator. Bianca fought back as Naomi backed her up then they powerbombed Nia through the table from the corner.

On the other side of the ring Rhea Ripley put Liv Morgan through a table with Riptide off the top rope then pinned her to win the match. After the match the faces celebrated together.
