It took a long time. He’s had over two decades of matches we’ll never forget. But, The Undertaker had his last match at WrestleMania 33. Roman Reigns was able to do what countless others could never do before him. But of course, Roman didn’t retire Taker all by himself. Time did that.
Regardless of the reason, it’s still a great time to celebrate The Undertaker’s legendary career. Because after all, there will never be another one like him.
Jim Ross said in a recent episode of The Ross Report he believes The Undertaker is on an Andre The Giant level when it comes to his legendary career. We have to agree.
Now WWE’s official shop has a release a shirt which will allow you to celebrate The Undertaker’s incredible impact on professional wrestling. Actually, they have two different designs you can choose from.
We suggest you buy both of these shirts just so you can have one on deck, just in case a jealous friend steals your first one. This writer is buying both of them, keeping his favorite, and giving the other one to the person in the office who can win a Sprite/Banana challenge.
We’ll never forget The Undertaker for all he’s give to fans for so many years. It’s safe to say that his record of 23-2 at WrestleMania will never be paralleled. Now fans have a chance to show him just a little bit of monetary appreciation in the form of a little sweet merch money.
Some said when The Undertaker’s career finally rested in peace, it was the saddest moment in WWE history. It is hard to argue with that. But, although he’s still The Dead Man, he’s not gone forever. We’re sure we’ll be seeing him again sometime. If anything it’ll be during a well-deserved WWE Hall Of Fame induction. Now we just have to wonder who would induct him into the HOF. Safe money would be on Shawn Michaels or Vince McMahon himself. After all, he’s that important.
