WrestleMania week is almost here and everyone is looking forward to the annual Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Some big names have been confirmed for the 2025 Hall of Fame class, and it sounds like an Attitude Era star is being considered for a possible induction as well.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Ken Shamrock’s name has been bandied about in relation to this year’s Hall of Fame class. Shamrock first debuted with WWE back in 1997 and he went on to win the King of the Ring tournament, WWE Tag Team Championship and WWE Intercontinental Championship. His run with WWE came to an end in 1999, and he has not made any appearances on WWE programming since then.
So far WWE has confirmed that Triple H, Michelle McCool, Lex Luger and The Natural Disasters will all be inducted this year. It was also announced during SmackDown last week that WWE will be inducting a match into the Hall of Fame for the first time ever as Steve Austin vs. Bret Hart at WrestleMania 13 is going in as an Immortal Moment.
The WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony will air on Friday, April 18 following SmackDown. Stay tuned for updates.
