CM Punk made his triumphant return to professional wrestling in 2021 and it’s safe to say that there are many fans who were happy to see him. Punk has sold quite a few shirts since then, but there’s at least one AEW name who managed to beat him in sales in 2022.
Pro Wrestling Tees recently posted a tweet revealing their top 25 merch sellers for 2022 and Danhausen ended up in the number one spot. The tweet clarifies that the sales include items both sold on ProWrestlingTees.com and ShopAEW.com. The top 10 on the list are as follows:
1. Danhausen
2. CM Punk
3. MJF
4. The Acclaimed
5. Jon Moxley
6. Malakai Black
7. The Young Bucks
8. FTR
9. Sting
10. Kenny Omega
Danhausen first debuted with AEW back in January of 2022 and he has since been aligned with Best Friends. In response to the news Danhausen posted a video demanding that Tony Khan put him on trucks, billboards and the opening of Dynamite and Rampage. He also demanded that Tony Khan buy him a blimp and give him a live microphone. Congrats to Danhausen.
