Student Reportedly Creates ‘Kill List’ Inspired By The List Of Jericho

The List of Jericho has become one of the most beloved items in all of professional wrestling. Ever since Chris Jericho introduced the list months ago fans have been tuning in to Raw to see who might be added to it. Fans all over the world have jokingly put people on their own version of “the list” and apparently one fan caught the attention of some concerned parents when he took the concept into his own hands.

News 13 in Orlando reports that a middle school student in Poinciana, FL created what some people believed to be a “kill list” and brought it to school. A parent was quoted in the report as saying that she kept her kids out of school after one of them came home and told her about the list saying, “kid wrote a list, and it includes most of the kids on the football team, and he wants to shoot them.”

It appears that this may just be a big misunderstanding as the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office contacted the parents of the student who created the list and they said that he had no intention of harming anyone. According to the parents, he was simply mimicking Chris Jericho by creating a list of people he dislikes.

The school would not reveal whether or not any disciplinary action was taken, but they did send out an automated call telling parents that they are conducting a proper investigation.

In a statement released by the school a spokesperson said, “These concerns are all based on rumors, and we are not going to proliferate these rumors any further.”
