For years fans wondered if Steve Austin would ever wrestle again and the unthinkable happened last year at WrestleMania 38 when Steve Austin came out of retirement to defeat Kevin Owens in the main event of night 1.
It was reported months ago that WWE has already made Steve Austin an offer to return for another match at WrestleMania 39, but it’s not clear at this point in time if Austin will accept the offer.
One way or another the former WWE Champion looks ready for physical combat as he recently posted a new workout video along with the following caption:
“Morning hotel arm workout.I walk at a slow clip on treadmill between sets just for the steps. Got it done in an hour. Borrowed a tricep movement from @realmattwenning page and bicep movement from @athleanx page.”
In addition to Steve Austin it’s also been reported that WWE is hoping to get The Rock and John Cena for WrestleMania 39, but so far those names have not been confirmed. Stay tuned for more updates on WrestleMania 39 as they become available.
