“Stone Cold” Steve Austin has been retired for a long time, but over the course of his in-ring career he worked with many different wrestlers and personalities.
It’s safe to say that Steve Austin has an eye for talent, and it appears that there are at least two current main roster stars who have impressed The Texas Rattlesnake.
When asked who he sees as the two brightest up and coming stars in WWE during an interview with Bleacher Report Steve Austin had high praise for both Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair.
“I haven’t been tuning in a whole lot because I have a whole lot going on in my personal life, but just from watching the Royal Rumble, I think those last two women—Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair—I think those two are destined for greatness. They still need reps, they still need to learn, but those two have the size, presence, looks, ability to be major, major stars, so we’ll see what the future holds for them.”
Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair are both scheduled to be part of some major WrestleMania matches, as Ripley will be challenging Asuka for the Raw Women’s Title, and Belair will be challenging Sasha Banks for the SmackDown Women’s Title on the Grandest Stage of Them All.
