The Royal Rumble took over the Alamodome in San Antonio, TX on Sunday night, and several titles were on the line. One of the stars who defended their title was none other than Kevin Owens who put his Universal Championship up for grabs in a match against Roman Reigns.

The contest was a no disqualification match, and Kevin Owens’ best friend Chris Jericho was suspended above the ring in a shark cage while Owens defended his title. Without the help of his best friend, Kevin Owens was forced to pull out all the stops in his attempt to defend the title, and at one point Owens hit the Stone Cold Stunner on Roman Reigns.

The Stone Cold Stunner is a move that’s easy to hit, but hard to perfect, and although Kevin’s attempt was decent, Stone Cold Steve Austin himself apparently thinks that Owens could have done better.

After Kevin’s match at the Royal Rumble, WWE Hall of Famer Steve Austin tagged Owens on Twitter and he told him to put some stink on it.

It remains to be seen if Kevin Owens will use the Stone Cold Stunner again, or if Steve Austin is actually willing to teach him how to do it properly, but Owens responded to Austin and made it clear that he’s not a hard man to find.
