Ronda Rousey made her big debut at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view, and Sunday night she signed her contract at Elimination Chamber. Ronda made her way to the ring, and the crowd chanted her name. She gave props to Kurt Angle, and said that she wouldn’t be in the ring if it wasn’t for her hero Roddy Piper.
Triple H told the fans that Ronda didn’t want anything special in her contract, just an invite to WrestleMania. He then announced that Ronda won’t just be at WrestleMania, when she signs the contract, she’ll be signing up for a match at WrestleMania, but he didn’t announce what the match would be.
As Ronda was about to sign the contract, she asked Kurt if he wanted to say something. Angle reminded her about her run in with Stephanie and Triple H at WrestleMania 31, and he said that Triple H and Stephanie just want to keep Ronda under their thumb.
Kurt turned to Triple H and said, “What was it you said earlier? Now we own the b**ch?”
Triple H said Kurt wasn’t feeling well, and he took him out of the ring.
Stephanie tried to convince Ronda to sign the contract, and as Kurt was walking to the back, he chimed in with, “Didn’t you say that Ronda was a has been? And even you could take her?”
Triple H got in the ring and stood between Steph and Ronda. Rousey shoved Triple H’s arm.
Ronda then put Triple H through a table and turned to Stephanie McMahon. Steph slapped her then asked her who she thinks she is before leaving the ring.
Ronda grabbed the contract and signed then threw it at Triple H. As Rousey walked to the back, Stephanie checked on Triple H in the ring.
It’s been rumored that Rousey will be wrestling in a mixed tag match at WrestleMania, and judging from this segment it looks like a match between Ronda Rousey & Kurt Angle vs. Triple H & Stephanie McMahon is being teased.
