We all love “Throwback Thursdays” unless you’re one of the people who hate looking back because it only makes you depressed at what you’ve become. If this is the case then that’s sad and you deserve a Bayley-sized hug. But if you’re Stephanie McMahon then you have little to look back at in sadness. The Billion Dollar Princess has been involved in plenty of stories since she was introduced to the WWE Universe. She’s been taken, drugged, and speared but she’s always been entertaining. She can hold a crowd in the palm of her hand and has the unique ability to be hated one moment and appear as a grand philanthropist the next.
But it all started nineteen years ago today when Stephanie McMahon made her first appearance on WWE television as she shared the screen with none other than Stone Cold Steve Austin. Little did we know how much that one cameo would amount to, nor would we expect that 22-year-old girl would go on to be as pivotal of a player in sports entertainment as she is today.
Along with her husband, Triple H they very well might control the future of WWE for decades to come. But it all started with a simple appearance on Monday Night Raw as a lowly extra backstage.

This just goes to show that you need to pay attention to anyone WWE decides is deserving of screen time because you never know who those people might really be and what plans WWE could have for them. Vince McMahon set his little girl up in a position of power backstage which soon translated into the authority figure we all know today.
