Tonight’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown will continue the build for WrestleMania 39, and Fightful Select is reporting that the following segments are currently set for the show:
– Braun Strowman, Ricochet & Madcap Moss vs. Imperium
– LA Knight Promo
– Charlotte Flair & Rhea Ripley face to face
– Natalya vs. Shayna Baszler
– Liv Morgan segment
– Firefly Funhouse
– Bloodline segment
– Rey Mysterio vs. Karrion Kross
– Jimmy Uso promo
According to the report, Cameron Grimes is in town and is set to face Ashante “Thee” Adonis on the show. Dominik Mysterio is also set to be part of the face to face meeting between Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley.
The Bloodline has a locker room set up for tonight’s show, but Roman Reigns is not listed internally. Sami Zayn and Jey Uso are planned to be a part of the main event promo segment.
The New Day are set to interrupt LA Knight’s promo which will lead to a Kofi Kingston vs. LA Knight match. As of last night’s creative Tegan Nox was supposed to sell a knee injury on the show, but she’s not listed on the internal rundown. An extra was brought in to be a doctor, and Ronda Rousey is set to appear on SmackDown.
