The Broken Hardys started out the broadcast by cutting an in-ring promo proclaiming their determination in continuing their Expedition of Gold. During the promo they gave warnings to the “Bucks of Youth” as well as the “Family of Wyatts.” Brother Nero concluded the promo by cashing in his Open Fight Night briefcase to challenge Bobby Lashley for his TNA World Championship.
The match between Bobby Lashley and Jeff Hardy was up next which concluded with Lashley pinning Hardy clean. The crowd was way more over for Hardy than Lashley and after the conclusion of the match Eddie Edwards came out and stated that he wanted a rematch with Bobby for the title. During the promo, Edwards had a pretty good piece of business when he said that Lashley’s new nickname is Triple B, which stands for “Bitch Boy Bobby” (classic, and classy).
Drew Galloway came out to the ring next where he cut a promo saying that he wants to make the Grand Championship even more impressive and meaningful. He says that he wants the Grand Championship to mean even more than the TNA World Title and Moose came out to challenge The Chosen One to a match for his belt. However, Galloway had already been contracted to defend his title that night in a match against (jobber) Rob Ryzin, so Drew turned Moose down and beat the enhancement talent instead.
Eli Drake and Tyrus (formerly Brodus Clay) came out and Tyrus started bashing EC3 on the microphone, calling him E “Crippled” 3 in the process. Eli Drake challenged EC3 but Ethan Carter III won with a surprising jackknife pin. Drake was incensed and grabbed a bat with the intention of doing harm to Carter, but the lights went out and DCC headed to the ring to attack Carter instead. DCC eventually turned on Drake and Tyrus as well and the segment ended with DCC spike-piledriving Carter on top of a chair.
Brandi Rhodes came out next without Cody by her side. She challenged Rosemary of Decay. Decay ended up accepting her call-out and Rosemary ended up choking Brandi out in the middle of the ring until Moose came out for the save (not her husband).
Rockstar Spud started off the next segment by introducing Aron Rex, there was a little bit of comedic business in the beginning of this segment, and whether or not it’s your cup of tea, it was still entertaining and these guys looked like they were having fun. Robbie E came out and had a match with Rex, which Aron won with the help of Spud.
Shane Helms and the Helms Dynasty were featured in the next segment where they introduced the new X-Division Champion, Trevor Lee. The X-Division champ called himself the “Crown Jewel of the Helms Dynasty” and Helms said that Andrew Everett was the weak link in the faction. Andrew came back by saying that Helms is the weak link of his own dynasty and Trevor Lee and Shane Helms ended up attacking Everett. It looks like Andrew is possibly out of the Helms Dynasty and turning face.
Brooke and Sienna had a knockouts match which saw Brooke winning via a roll-up pin.
Moose and Brandi were in a mixed-tag match next facing the team of Rosemary and Crazzy Steve. Brandi and Moose ended up winning this encounter after Moose hit his stiff discus clothesline and got the pinfall.
The DCC featuring James Storm and Bram went up against Eli Drake and Tyrus in the closing bout. Eli Drake ended up looking like he turned on his partner in the last moments of this match as he left, then he looked like he was coming back but changed his mind and left a second time. Tyrus ended up getting pinned after his partner left him.
