The first Ring of Honor pay-per-view already has a main event set and it looks to be a good one. Christopher Daniels won the “Decade of Excellence” tournament at this weekend’s television taping in Atlanta, Georgia to secure his spot to challenge ROH Champion Adam Cole for his title.
The “Decade of Excellence” tournament featured eight competitors who have been with the company for ten years or longer. In the final match of the tournament Daniels defeated Jay Briscoe to capture the title opportunity.
The pay-per-view is set for March 10th in Las Vegas, Nevada and will mark the 15th anniversary of the promotion. Other names which are included on the event include Will Ospreay, Cody (Rhodes), and Marty Scurll among other ROH regulars. This show is also scheduled to include wrestlers from CMLL and NJPW.
The winner of the March 10th title match will go on the face Dalton Castle on the April 1st show in Lakeland, Florida as part of the WrestleMania weekend event.
